As we have reminded our blog followers in past, Trase Miller is a company NOT a person. But we do go through a marketing exercise here several times a year whereby we play “make believe”. In essence we imagine Trase Miller is a person.

We are 16 years old but wise waaaaaay beyond our years. In our 16th year we have experienced a physical growth spurt, a changed (deeper) voice and tremendous emotional growth. (Our apologies for the obvious puberty analogy).
To keep up with our growth spurt we are hiring right now and have inside the last three weeks had over 500 people apply to join us. People change jobs for many reasons -- unhappiness or lack of appreciation are the reasons that are typically at the top of a job seekers list. And then there is the category of career changers. In this economy there has been a tremendous forced trend of career changers. “Of the 500 applications we have on our desk right now the vast majority of interested applicants are career changers” according to Trase Millers HR head Sarah Adair.
Trase has a rigorous hiring process but no pre-dispositions about a preference for job changers over career changers.
