Katia Goodhart, Customer Care & Bilingual Services

Katia joined the Trase Miller team in 2010. Prior to joining our management team, Katia worked at HSBC for more than a decade and was responsible for coaching, developing and training the collections operations team.  While at HSBC she held management positions in Learning and Development, Customer Care and Collections.  A graduate from IPAE, Lima, Peru - Katia holds a BA in Business Administration.  She has 15 years of call center experience and has an extensive sales background.  Katia is on the board of advisors of QATC (Quality Assurance and Training Connection).  Some of her most memorable travel experiences include hiking the Inca Trail to the famed ruins of Machu Picchu, enjoying the panoramic view of Montréal from the top of Monte Royale and scuba-diving in crystal clear waters off the coast of Cozumel.

R John Coles, IT Infrastructure & Services

John joined the Trase Miller team in 2010 after a long-term consulting relationship with the company.  Before joining Trase Miller, John served in key IT roles for several prominent Tulsa companies and was also a business owner/entrepreneur.
